Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Amplio. They govern your access to and use of our platform and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Amplio platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and their customers who receive communications through Amplio.

2. Description of Service

Amplio provides a customer communication and business management platform that includes:

  • A unified inbox for SMS, email, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs
  • Automated appointment reminders sent to your customers via SMS
  • Automated review request messages sent after job completion
  • AI-powered reply suggestions using conversation history
  • Customer and job management tools
  • Google Calendar integration for appointment syncing

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@myamplio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Amplio to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate applicable laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM)
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
  • Transmit illegal content or infringe on third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
  • Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate business communications

5. SMS and Messaging Compliance

By using Amplio to send SMS messages to your customers, you represent that:

  • You have obtained appropriate consent from recipients before sending marketing or automated messages
  • You will honor opt-out requests promptly
  • Your use of SMS messaging complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable regulations
  • You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through your account

6. Subscription and Billing

Amplio is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@myamplio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will end and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Amplio, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

Amplio integrates with third-party services including Telnyx (SMS), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Calendar), and Anthropic (AI). Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's terms of service. Amplio is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

Amplio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Amplio and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload or enter into the platform. You grant Amplio a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Amplio in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Amplio does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved through its use.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
